I have a plan (child mentioned)

I met with my dr today as we hit the 6th cycle of no bfps. He has ordered another hsg. I had one done previously, had no blockage, and got pregnant the following cycle. He mentioned that since I had had a csection there could be scar tissue or as you know just simply debris. If this cycle doesn't work I will have it done in March, just around my birthday (37). DH is up for analysis too, which I'm sure he will enjoy (not at all). I'm just glad to have a plan. If nothing is going by June we will reevaluate and perhaps move on to an RE but I'm liking my dr now and he has a fairly aggressive if needed approach.

    Yay for planning!  I hope the HSG does the trick (shudder at the idea of "debris"), but reevaluating the situation in a few months--just in case--sounds like a good idea.  Good luck!

    April 2015: IVF #2.  Microdose Lupron protocol.  16R, 15M, 12F. Transferred 2 5-day blasts 4/12 and froze 4--BFP!  M/C 5/25/15
    August 2015: IVF #3.  14R, 13M, 11F.  Froze 5 blasts for CCS testing.  3 normals.  FET planned for 10/2015.

    Me DX: Hashimotos,Hypothyroid, DOR, MTHFR,  DH: normal

     IUI #1-#4 BFNs and a few cancelled cycles in the mix.
    - poor responder
    ***Suprise BFP on 6/13/13. Natural MC @6wks 3days
    IVF#1 and 2- Cancelled due to no response on max stimms
    FET 5/20- BFP
    1st Beta- 641
    2nd beta- 2166
    Sono- TWINS!!!!
    Two Boys! Born January 2015 @36 weeks.  Healthy and no NICU!  So blessed!

    good luck! You might want to look into getting your appt scheduled with an RE because sometimes it can take awhile to get in...so come June if you reeval and decide on an RE you don't want to wait another 3 to get in. (you can cancel easier then set one up)

    Me: 41 DH: 46. We are TTC our 1st, started July '11,
    3 cycles clomid with Ob,
    1 cycle Tamoxifen with Ob,
    Diagnosed PCOS 11/5/12
    clomid, trigger & timed bd 12/12 BFN
    1st clomid IUI 1/4/13 BFN.
    2nd clomid IUI 2/13 cancelled didn't respond to clomid.
    3/15/13 scheduled laparoscopy & on bcp.

    May 10 IUI from injectibles - BFN 

    May 22 done with interventions it will either happen or it won't. 

    February 2014 No longer actively trying, but not preventing. 

    SURPISE BFP 4/2/2015!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks ladies- it had never occurred to me to set an appointment so early. Should have known, an annual at my OB was three months out too.

    After HSG- hopefully debris free. Very ick but true!

    Good luck!  I got pregnant with my first the cycle right after my HSG and the tech who did it said that it does often happen, so fingers crossed for you (and so great that you have a proactive doctor- love that!).

    BFP #1- 4/2011; DD Brynn born 12/2011

    BFP #2- 7/13; EDD- 4/2/14; Lost DS at 20 weeks (11/16/13) due to cord accident

    BFP #3- 3/14; EDD- 11/28/14; Lost DD at 15 weeks (6/7/14)- cause unknown

    To my angels- I held you every second of your lives and I'll love you every second of mine.
