Hi ladies
Any new pregnancy symptoms, cravings, or aversions?
Upcoming appointments, milestones, or updates? (Ticker change?)
QOTD: Once your bedrest restrictions are removed (if they're lifted before your EDD) what are a few things you cant wait to do?
Re: *** Tuesday Bedrest Check-in ***
Sorry I posted the check-in so late... I think that 3rd tri insomnia is kicking in... I didn't fall asleep I until 6:30ish this morning.
today I have less sinus pain which I'm thankful for because I was pretty miserable, but now my throat is freaking killing me!! But I still don't have a fever so that's some good news. But DH is insisting on feeding me soup which I know would be best (especially because it's so difficult to swallow) but I hate soup!!:(
Appt. Thursday. Ticker change tomorrow.
QOTD: I'll have my cerclage removed around 36/37 wks so I'm looking forward to at least a full week of activity before LO arrives (assuming she doesn't decide to join us before then). I want to attend my nephew's bday party, maybe do a little shopping, I definitely want to try some labor inducing methods at home w/dh *wink*wnk* IF I'm up to it. And of course my mom and dh are doing everything they can to prepare for our baby but there's nothing like being able to put my own touch on her space so I hope to be able to organize and finish up preparations for our little girl.
@tracint, thank you for thinking of me, that is so sweet. I hope you start feeling better soon! I am hanging in there, sorry I haven't been around lately but just dealing with some family stuff, and I actually went into work yesterday. I am a CPA so it's a busy time of year and it was just easier to go in than try to get everything done remotely.
I am feeling ok, I had more spotting on Sunday but nothing since then. I see my OB tomorrow. I have been sleeping terribly too - I just can't get comfortable and my mind has been too active.
QOTD: I am looking forward to going shopping again! I don't have a ton of extra money to spend, but I just want to walk around and browse a little.
Is pelvic rest typically lifted once the cerclage is out? I was wondering that myself but haven't asked my doctor since who knows what will happen. I'm sure my H would be happy if it was, but we've made it this far, what's a few more weeks right?
NST and appt went fine yesterday. No changes to report. Baby is still head down and AFI is 26.7 so still poly, but not changing much.
I'm taking it pretty easy today since yesterday was fairly active day.
Next u/s is in a week for growth/AFI.
QOTD: Not sure, I have dreams of being like F it at 36-37 weeks and having sex and shopping and nesting, but honestly with all my contractions I have no idea if I'll be able to do it. I get so uncomfortable. We'll see!
