Hi ladies, sorry I'm posting a day late. I was off yesterday and was entirely off-line yesterday. So nice to do every once in awhile. So how did you do this past week?

Question/Advice for STMs or FTMs who already have a plan: How do you plan on finding time once baby is here to get your body back? Will you be toting baby with you or arranging for childcare, etc.?

Exercise Log:
mon:30 min ellptical 30 min legs
Tues/thurs: running (20/25 min about 2.5 miles) and arms
Wed:walking and legs
Fri:30 min ellptical, medicine ball circuit 100 squats 100 lunges
Rants/Raves: doctor told me I had to stop running until they see me and I want to cry haha. Today is suppose to be a gym day and I'm sure ill be starting at all the runners with hateful eyes >.<.
Goals for this week:keep up all my other excersise a modify my run days

My gym has a child care area where I can work out and watch baby. My son loves going and playing with the toys. My husband should have it easy with work so once he's home ill be out the door. Once my son is in school again ill have 3 days to run with baby in the bob.
Exercise Log: M-W barre class everyday
Thurs- prenatal yoga
Fri-sat barre class
Sun walk 3 miles
Rants/Raves: I'm really happy that I'm on track for weight and that I feel better than I thought I would this far along. I know staying active has made a huge impact on that.
Goals: stick to it!
Question/Advice for STMs or FTMs:
My barre studio has child care and my condo community has a pretty good gym/pool and activity center so I'll leave DD with DH, have some alone time and work it out
Week 26: mo/di twin boys
Mon: 30min strength
Thurs: 40min walk
Sat: 30 min strength; 45min walk
Sun: 30 min walk
Rants: only got 4 days in (goal was 5) but was feeling blah Mon-wed and having some cramping. There are WAY too many sweets in my house and I just can't help myself. The GS cookies are killing me. I never had a sweet tooth before being prego the first time.
Raves: I still got 4 days in on a blah week.
Goals: 5 days. Less cookies (I ate 4 just before typing this)
I will do videos and weights at home when I find the time. I also have a treadmill in the garage, which is great as long as it's not too cold or too hot. The gym is super close, so hopefully DH will let me sneak away for some classes. I take DD on a lot of walks now but that will be challenging with two newborns and a toddler. Might push two and wear a baby. Trying to find the right stroller.
