For Sale

edited February 2014 in Cloth Diapering
For Sale: One three year old boy.  Adorable with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a goofy sense of humor.  Comes with excellent vocabulary and gross motor skills for his age.  Prone to wild and unruly tantrums when asked to do things like pick out a book for bed time or when given a pink cup instead of orange.  Known to throw things across the room and growl unintelligible words while thrashing around the house in a fit of rage.  Has worn out his mama's last nerve this evening.  PM me with offers.

  • I'd be willing to trade one who can wipe his own butt, dress himself, and even get a snack or a cup of milk on his own. He is known to slam doors, ignore you whenever you want to talk to him, find the one thing that annoys you and do it over and over especially when you are in the middle of something, and run his mouth all.the.time.

He's very sweet to his little bro, and gives the best goodnight hugs when no one his age is looking.

  • I would be willing to trade a slightly defective pug. She will be constantly underfoot, has an incredibly high pitched bark, cries loudly while food is being prepared, licks leather furniture, and spazs out if you pet her. Also she must be told to go to the bathroom when let outside, barks constantly to be let back inside, and may or may not take a crap on any available carpet after you let her inside.

Sorry @SecretAgentKate, you cannot have my older ds, even though he is so quiet that you might forget he's in the house, is able to cook his own meals, do his own laundry, has been known to change a diaper and help with diaper laundry, takes out the trash and changes/cleans the kitty litter.  I plan to enjoy his help for the next 1-2 years he has left before he goes off to college or whatever he does.

ETA: he also shovels snow and mows the lawn.

  • Wait. @pipsqueak0313, you have an almost college age boy that is quiet, cleans up after himself, AND helps out?! He must be defective for sure.
No, I have to hold his food hostage to get him to do things.  Almost true.

Most of his time is spent either sleeping or playing on the computer.

Don't worry, the batteries will start slowing down when he gets to be a teen.....especially if it's something he doesn't want to do.
