Im a Carolina girl. I love the mountains, the beach, the Piedmont region. I miss the accents, the weather, family. Everything. It's where we see ourselves raising our kids and growing old. I miss my sweet NC. We can't wait to be back home.

I'm originally from NC.
I should have kept reading before my last post. What part of NC? I am from Monroe...about 30ish minutes outside Charlotte.
I'm originally from Greensboro but then went to UNC-Chapel Hill and lived there from 18-26 until moving out of state.
I love this thread! I've wondered what a few of your sn's meant for a while now!
Mine is a nickname from high school because there were three of us with the same name on the softball team. And the date is our wedding anniversary. Not nearly as creative as some of yours. @literachick I love that quote!!!
Mine is because I own a bulldog and people with bulldogs know that they have the cutest butts. Sometimes you see bumper stickers that say "Got Bullybutt?"
Fun thread! I just borrowed a nickname we use for one of our cats (Stella). I realized too late that it might look like I'm calling myself "bella" (beautiful). I promise that I'm not.
It was when I signed up for the knot...while planning our wedding 7 years ago. My maiden names starts with an A and now my last name starts with a Z. Our entire wedding was themed AtoZ, so you get AnAtoZday. I thought I was so clever back then. OH what I dork I was.
My SN is from the knot as well. For my first marriage to my ex, I was married in (take a wild guess ) January. I didn't really use the knot at all when I married DH. I didn't realize that I could change my name for the bump and just logged in under my old knot name. So not only is my name really unoriginal, but it's related to a wedding date that isn't even valid anymore. Lame!
Mine's probably self-explanatory. ecomom because I'm a mom who tries to be as eco-friendly as possible. 17 is a number with significance to me. Not too exciting!
