printing photos on marshmallows?

Was watching one of DHs technology shows yesterday & they mentioned there are people who print photos on marshmallows which intrigues me a bit. Know that places will do this on cakes, but never liked the idea of it..... what do you think? Would you ever consider the edible photo printing?

I get the images every year to put on DSs birthday cake, but a marshmallow seems a bit small.

I mean, there are all those gourmet marshmallows that people make now.  I guess they could print on them if the marshmallows are like a sheet cake?  I love tiny things so the idea of DD's picture, let's say, on a bunch of individual marshmallows is delightful.
