LO has gotten super clingy to me. Some nights she won't even let DH hold her. This weekend my SIL/BIL visited and she pretty much hated them both. How long does the clingy/stranger danger phase normally last?
For us it lasted about 3 months. Lately she has been good though. She doesn't cry at people when they look at her in the grocery store when she is in the cart.

A doesn't have stranger danger, but she needs constant interaction these days--she cries if I leave her playing on the floor while I get a glass of water, even if I'm in view the whole time. She'll play, but only if I'm there playing with her. There have need some really tragic times for her when I've had to use the bathroom.
This is what E is going through too. It's exhausting. And the constant whining definitely gets to me. But put a "stranger" in front of him and he'll smile non-stop and be totally fine.
Same here. He's happy as a clam as long as someone's right in front of him.
R is easily bribed. He is warey of new people until they give him a toy or a god forbid a puff. Then their best friends. I'm just picturing him thinking "whoa puppies AND candy....sure I'll get into your windowless van" when he's older. Yes my husband tells me I'm ridiculous almost daily.
