Questions for a nanny

I'm boing back to work after years (7) off work. We have a nanny we love who just happens to be moving back to her home town with her husband (in 2weeks). So we are square one again! This past any we knew so not many questions had to be asked (we were neighbors). I LOVE her and I'm so sad to see her go. We have interviews set for Tuesday afternoon/evening. The age is 24-62. I prefer the older candidate as our current nanny is older. Do you have a list of questions to ask? H What are your thoughts on hiring, older vs younger? Just curious with experience of others! Thank you
