I just hang out here cause the ladies here are awesome.
After hanging here for the past 5 months I've learned that not everybody here is actively TTC so what your "status" (if you will)

We have been actively TTC #1 for the past 10 months. DH was diagnosed with low T prior to us starting to TTC and treatment has not helped since then so I'm pretty much convinced I'll be here for a while.

Been trying for a year and a half but with some breaks (like right now). I have had a lot of non-TTC related health problems that have gotten in the way.

Full disclosure: We want to start trying in Late April/May, which means I need to think about scheduling my IUD removal soon.
I'm super excited to start TTC but the second I think about making that appointment I am filled with fear about how real that will make it. Like, real fear.
Lots of fears, then lots of lovey dovey baby feelings. Then more fear. And then avoidance and distraction...
We're somewhere between NTNP and TTA...basically we use the withdrawal method, and are acutely aware of the small possibility it could result in a bfp (and would be thrilled if it did). Emotionally and financially we're ready to TTC, there are just some logistical things regarding finishing my degree this May that make us think it would be more responsible to wait a couple of months.

On a ttc break until March because I can't have a November baby. (Big commitment, dislike for citrine birthstone.... that last part was 95% a joke....) but this is month 9.
We are TTC#2. I just had a m/c on 1/30/14 so my cycle in out of whack right now. And I am still BFing DS, but plan on weaning next month when he turns 2.

I had a nov due date and a dec baby. I was excited that she was a few days late for that same reason. Dec birth stine is beautiful.
I put that the lady's are awesome. I'm in thinking about it stage about becoming a carrier/surrogate. I'll look more into it after our move and things get settled. If I do it it'll be in the next year or so. After that and body recouperates it'll be about the time well want to try for our second.

I went off BCP Jan 2013 and we were TTA solely by charting, which basically meant we were NTNP because my cycles were so all over the place it was hard to avoid my FW based on charting alone. Had a "surprise" BFP in August followed by a mc at 7 weeks. Have been NTNP since the loss, but avoiding the FW again the best I could by charting and tracking CM since I wasn't quite ready to really try. This cycle we are officially TTC again.

@Pintobean39 I want to 'love it' you in a supportive way, as a giant hug, not because I am loving your situation.
I've just started cycle/month 15. I've had 3 CPs in the last 8 months. The first BFP took a bit longer because for the first 3-4 cycles we were kind of winging it. After I started really using OPKs and seriously keeping track, getting pregnant has not been our issue. Staying pregnant is. We're clear to try this cycle, and are starting testing/treatment for RPL so that next time it might stick.
