Fever

With me having bronchitis, sinus infection, and throat infection I knew it was only a matter of time before LO got sick. What do you use for fever? He throws up every time I give him Tylenol (don't know why). Is there anything else that will bust his fever? Thanks!

Ask the pediatrician, maybe Tylenol suppositories?? They work well if you can't get LO to take the liquid Tylenol or if they throw it up. (We had to use it for DS1 when he was in the hospital)
Edit- I hope you both feel better soon!

  • If the fever is over 100.4 go straight to dr/ER

  • I wouldn't go straight to ER unless your fever is really high. I think your only supposed to go to ER if Lo is less than 12 weeks and running fever. I would call dr and see if he needs to be seen with it being rsv prime time. I would try Tylenol suppositories. Ibuprofen is not safe until 6 months. I've had dd at dr 3 times this week with right ear infection, rsv, and back today with nasty double ear infection. We've had a rough week.

Hope you feel better and Lo doesn't get sick!!
