Finally in the double digits!

I'll officially be 26 weeks tomorrow. So close to the third trimester and finally, in the double digits on the count down with 99 days left! I envy you early May mommas... but I am glad we are making progress on the remaining things we need for LO, got the taxes back and have now ordered the bassinet, new humidifier for the nursery and some other essentials. Also, splurged and got a new bedding set for our bedroom. Yay! Now to rummage through storage and decide what to unpack from DS1. Also very glad my parents were super smart, and told me to keep everything from our first LO since I have 3 sisters, though we were pretty sure we were going to be one and done... did not work out that way, now H says he thinks he wants a whole mess of kids if finances are right and I am gonna have to veto that for my poor va jay jay's sake.

Congrats on double digits! DD1 was due on August 30th, so I know how it feels to be an end-of-the-monther.

You must be due the 25th cause I'm 26 weeks tomorrow, too. I get jealous reading about all the people already in 3rd tri. We should be used to it by now, haha.

Yep, it's my Dad's Birthday as well. Baby is getting Grandpa's (my Dad's) middle name, Lawrence; which I feel is rather fitting given the EDD. Plus, my DS1 and this LO are the first boys in close to 50 years on my side so there was no question I wanted him to have a family name.
