To test or not to test....

Hi ladies! I don't normally post here (actually I've taken somewhat of a bump break recently)but hopefully soon I will be able to :). Anyway I just wanted to ask when you ladies first tested following ET. I am currently 13dp3dt and am due for blood work on Monday but DH and I both want to test early so we can know the result together. I just wanted to know how early others tested as I don't want to test too soon but I don't think I can wait much longer!!!

    Hello :) I also had my testing set for a Monday but also couldn't wait and POAS Saturday night....then again Sunday morning just to make sure Haha GL with everything!

    image TTC#1 Since 10/2011 Dx PCOS 3/2012- started on 1500mg Metformin November 2012 DH diagnosed with varicocele- surgery completed April 2013 1st appointment with RE October 2013-polypectomy to remove uterine polyp October 2013 all necessary testing completed only option is IVF with ICSI due to MFI IVF #1-January 2014 ER- 22 retrieved 18 mature 17 fertilized!!! February 2014 ET one 8aa embie transferred 13 frozen (of the 13 9 were 8aa embies)-BFP! No heartbeat at 22 week anatomy scan-Our sweet angel FET#1- October 2014 transferred two frosties -BFP! 1st beta 271, 2nd beat 6748 5 week ultrasound shows two sacs repeat in 10 days

    It is certainly not too early to test. Tests are usually accurate by 14dpo or equivalent . Good luck!

    Yes you are good to go test. Both my positives were at the equivalent of 10dpo, which seems pretty common, and you're 16+ now. Go pee! :)

    Mar. '13 - Missed m/c at 16w1d, baby boy stopped growing at 15w4d
    Loss due to umbilical cord clot...baby was perfect. :(
    Jul '13 - FET#1 - c/p
    Sept. '13 - FET#2 - BFN
    Dec.' 2, 2013 - FET#3 with our last chance embie - BFP!!!
    Dec' 26, 2013 - hb!!
    EDD 8/20/14 with a baby girl!
    Little S was born on 8/21/14 - 8lb, 14 oz and 20 inches long.
    We live in Seattle and used SRM for our donor egg IVF cycle

    And I tested from day 1 ;) I wanted to test out my trigger and booster.
    Me: 37 DH: 40 TTC since 9/09
    #1 BFP 1/10/11; missed m/c discovered 7w5d
    IF Dx: Endo, hetero MTHFR mutation, poor morphology
    #1 IUI: 1/18/12 = BFN
    #1 IVF/ICSI 4/2/12 = 2 x 7-cell and 1 x 5-cell transferred (3dt) = BFP!!
    H was born at 41w2d on 12/29/12 - be still my heart!
    #2 IVF/ICSI 1/19/14 = 2 x 8 cells transferred (3dt) = BFP!! EDD 10/09/14
    M&W born at 37 weeks on 9/18/14 - I am the momma of 3 boys!!!

    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!
