How do I get ride of a tooth ache?

Take some Tylenol. Use some mouth wash.

well, I have been told Tylenol. If you're against taking meds...nothing.  Making a dentist appointment is good too, but most dentists will avoid any major procedures during pregnancy. (if its something big)

Clove oil on the tooth works great.

What everyone else said.   Tylenol first, maybe even see if you can hold some ice up to the tooth to numb it a little bit (if it's not too sensitive to temperature).  Maybe try Orajel to numb it if you can't get to sleep and are desperate (though if I resorted to this, I'd be calling my dentists out-of-hours line for advice).

Do you know what is causing the problem? That is pretty important information to decide course of treatment.

Go to the dentist, until then you can only take Tylenol and use mouthwash
