Allie has a science fair coming up. Grades K-2 could do a scentific collection. (rocks, leaves, plants, etc) Grades 3-6 have to do an actual experiment for a grade. The lower grade could do the experiment for shits and giggles.
Of course she wanted to do an experiment like the older grades. There was no budging on this. We started today. I am making her type everything herself since she would not take no for an answer. This is the most dreadfully painful process. I want to grab the laptop and do it myself. Why do parents punish themselves in the process of punishing the child?
We are determining which apple turns brown first. The one with or without lemon juice.
Re: Science experiments in first grade
Pinterest would be a good resource for stuff like this too...
~Santa Claus is Coming to Town~
Me: 31 DH: 29

I think your kid sounds awesome!

Her kid is more than awesome.
If anyone is wondering, she made a 69 out of 75. She got second place for the k-2 group. There were a lot of experiments for this age group.
LMAO
