Anyone else have this? Ever since Amelia was born, I've had occasional tailbone pain. It's usually just one day when I walk more or wear DD more than usual, but the past 4 days it's like every time I stand up I'm moaning and taking it slowly because it hurts. Chiro says "it just happens sometime" (thanks, dude). Anyone else? Any ideas?
Did you have an epidural? I have a friend who just started having some severe pain in her lower back that they are saying is side effects of her epidural from six months ago. I haven't experienced this, but maybe others have?
Henry Cavill...You're welcome!

It's my terrible, just annoying. Honestly my hip pain during pregnancy was much worse. And yeah, I had an epidural. My mom and aunt are both occasionally itchy at the insertion site 25-30 years later! It's crazy.
I wonder if it's because Amelia was so big? I dunno. Whatevs. I'm just annoyed with my chiro for not having any recommendations (he also does PT so I'm like, uh...no exercises? Nothing?). :-P
Yeah, I mean, my chiropractor is legit and does PT when necessary. It's been awhile since I've seen him. I know from experience that I kind of have to demand him to take a closer look at some things. Otherwise, I love him. Look what he and his physical therapy did for my neck!
Before, little curvature, pain in my right arm and shoulder and my entire neck for years. After, no pain. 3 months.
Anyway, if he won't help me I'll find a separate PT I guess. I'd rather not have this be a huge problem come future pregnancies.
