Recently we've been finding that some of our cloth diapers just aren't fitting right anymore. Ava has been having so many leaks. We have a whole variety of different brands and styles. I had to put several away as they were too small.
Ava is only 24 pounds but she's very long. I used to love the fuzzibunz but now they are leaving red marks on her skin, and I have let the elastic all the way out too. We also have some bumgenius, kawaii, alva and rumparooz. I've actually been using more covers with prefolds or thick inserts but they are so bulky on her.
Any suggestions? What kinds do you find work the best at this age?
We still use disposable at night as she is such a heavy wetter.
Re: Question for cloth diapering mamas
We've been using the Bumgenius Freetimes exclusively, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I even have to put mine in the dryer (no to dry them outside or inside), and the elastic is still in great shape. The Freetime is an AIO, and we have the rise open all the way.
I'm sorry you are running into this. I assume you're looking to expand your stash? If so, I actually found some brand new on ebay when I was building for great prices. Hopefully you can find some for a great deal!
