SS help sorry!

So today was my day..I took a face plant on a walk and messed up my wrist, knee, and even scraped my chin! I started crying hysterically and called the advice line. They said the usual "watch for cramping and bleeding". I'm just so paranoid that I hit my stomach. They told me there wasn't much they could do in labor and delivery but monitor. Pray for me ladies that my paranoia doesn't get the best of me.

Don't feel bad... I feel yesterday. They had me come in, and we heard the hb, but the doctor was very clear that at this point, there's plenty of cushioning for the baby and he would be more afraid of the mom hurting herself - because at this point, if we hurt our back or something,we would likely spend the next 4 months in tons of pain because healing won't really happen. That made me feel a lot better. It has been terrible out there, though, so be careful out there!

He also said Tylenol was ok if I was in pain! And like @jmar2011 said, ice and rest!

If it helps, I fell yesterday. Nothing awful, landed on hands and knees, made a snarky face at passersby. If you have no pain, just try to rest and relax.

take it nice and easy. Put on a few funny movies and try and keep your mind off of it. Update if anything changes, but hopefully you'll be perfectly fine

My wrist and chin are so sore! My mil is here visiting..so relaxing is not in the cards right now. Thanks for the support. My reg check up is on Tuesday.

Well that's just terrible and a lawsuit waiting to happen. What if someone got seriously hurt? @mrsgerman - It's true, I guess! I fell one ice as well but honestly, I lost my balance putting on socks the other day, too. Be careful everyone!

I could blame the ice, buuuut...I'm clumsy. I have no excuse, really, since I have fallen trying to walk through my bedroom doorway and I looked back to say something to DH. Balance gone. It's so sad. Thank goodness baby is protected-it's had one wild ride in my belly!
