Skin Tags...Anyone Else?

Is anyone else finding an absurd amount of skin tags forming on their bodies during their pregnancies?  I have developed quite a few and they are just gross!  I have some under my boobs and in the armpit area.  Maybe it's just me...but I just found a tiny little new one forming.  Ugh...

YUP. I've gotten a few on my armpits. I find them when they're super small and I just rip them off with my fingernails.

I think I have two forming on my boob.  I plan on having the doctor check them out tomorrow but yeah...they're gross and I want them gone yesterday.

All around my neck. Small small ones and I keep picking them off !

Yes, I had one forming between my boobs. I scratched that shit off. My boobs are rediculous enough right now.

I had a tiny one on my neck and it dried out and fell off. I heard they are really common during pregnancy!

I am getting them where my bra rubs under my boobs and on the side. I hate them.

Also to add, I read that they generally fall off after pregnancy. And if they don't, it's easy to have them removed. I had a tiny one removed at the dermatologist. They numbed it and clipped it. Easy peasy

I had one removed from my nip.  I was worried it would affect latch.  Why are these necessary in life??

I've got two on my belly, one in my belly button, and several on the rest of my body. They are nasty and I can't wait for them to either go away or have them removed. Nastiness!

Yes! I have one on my bikini line So gross! One if the weirder pregnancy symptoms for sure!

Thanks ladies.  I seriously do not recall getting them like this with my first.  It is so unattractive and gross.  Although...lots of pregnancy symptoms are so I guess this could technically be considered one of the less gross side effects.

I totally have one that I think was there but super tiny on my nipple before pregnancy and now it is huge!  I am totally worried about it getting in the way of BFing.  It is totally gross and just seems to keep getting bigger.  Going to talk to my doc about it next visit.

@teneniel So glad to hear you can get them removed from your nipple!  I was worried they might tell me not to until after BFing.

Yep!  The worst part was the Novocaine injection and it wasn't so bad.

Gah!  My doctor just told me to leave my nipple tag alone until after I start BFing.  And then if it gets irritated I can look at getting it removed. :P  I think I'm getting a second opinion from my dermatologist.

A friend of mine used tea tree oil successfully to remove an underarm skin tag.

@kat8805 I found a little one on my nip this morning and that was my exact reaction, actually spoken out loud. As if the one under my armpit wasn't gross enough.

I've had a few, but not as many as with my first pregnancy. I snip them with cuticle scissors.

I had one on my groin that never went away after childbirth and was snagging whenever I shaved. Had that thing removed before I got pregnant.

I didn't have any with DD. With DS, one started growing on my face right under my eye. Had it frozen off with the at home Dr. Scholls thing (my dad is an MD) and it started to go away. Came back when I got pg with this LO and my physician froze it off in her office with liquid nitrogen. Did the trick!
