Thank you ladies, and @T very sweet of you to remember and ask! We had to be there this morning at 6:15 luckily it's only 10 minutes away but that is early esp for DS. He has been sick with a cold/nasty cough since tuesday morning . He did awesome today, I went in with him to the OR which brought back the wonderful csection memories and waited till he was asleep, then went to meet my husband and cried. I know it was a simple surgery but I felt so helpless seeing him on the operating table passed out I can't imagine what serious surgery is like for all the parents that watch their kids go through that, they have my sympathy big time after today! He was done after 5 minutes, he was groggy and crying when he woke up. Drank a bunch of apple juice then we headed home. I put him down for a nap an hour early thinking he would pass out but he stayed awake laying in the crib for an hour then cried he sounded like he was in pain, gave him more tylenol and cough syrup and he finally passed out. It's hard for me to know if he is grumpy because of ears or cold, it sucks. I'm glad DH took today off even though he's sick too! I might have to have a break in the tub later to have alone time. Hope you are all having a good week, and have a wonderful Valentine's day tomorrow. We're getting take out Olive Garden tomorrow night, woohoo no cooking and yummy breadsticks!!

I'm so glad it was quick! Hope he feels better soon. A cold on top of surgery sucks! Poor little guy.

I am glad that the procedure itself went quick and was a success! Hope his cold will be gone soon, poor thing. And enjoy your OG takeout tomorrow! Sounds yummy :-)
