Somehow LO got about four bumps total, and yours truly has a severe outbreak. Hands and feet are totally broken out and waking is too painful to do for long. It's all over my face and lips too-great for someone who works in customer service, huh?

I'm basically in quarantine and its so bad. So bad! I'm an obsessive hand washer and Purell user, LO doesn't go to daycare, so I have no idea how we (or I) got it. Does anyone else have experience with it?

Walking. Unfortunately, the itching is too severe to rest for very long.

My oldest had it when he was about 18 months. it really sucks. I'm sorry that you're going to this right now. it took about a week to get over but the worst of it was over within the first three days

I got it from my 2-1/2 year old niece when I was about 8 weeks pregnant with DS. It was awful. I used cortisone anti-itch cream which helped a little bit. You just have to ride it out. 

BTW- I had a terrible outbreak and my niece had a handful of bumps too. Go figure.
