Does anyone have any good lamb chop recipes?

This is going to sound really picky, but I only like lamb chops on the grill, which is unrealistic in this weather.

This is how we cook lamb chops too.  YUM!

And you can absolutely do them on the stove if you have a grill pan.  Not exactly the same taste but it comes really close.
