Week/fruit/Veggies? 25 weeks, cauliflower.
How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement? Feeling good, nothing really to complain about. Lots of movement.
Upcoming appointments/updates? Nothing at the moment. Just had my 1-hr GTT last week and passed (yay!), so no more appts until 28 weeks.
Rants/Raves? Rants: We are getting hit with the snowpocalypse (or icepocalypse, both if you will) and I won't be able to leave my house probably until at least Friday. Luckily I don't have to drive in to work, but I do have to work from home and I'd rather sit around watching movies or reading by a fire.
Raves: My son turns 3 on Friday and I am really looking forward to celebrating his birthday all weekend!
GTKY: You get to own two vacation homes- one anywhere in the US/Canada and one anywhere in the world. Where do you choose to have them and why? The US one would be in Florida, on the beach - probably down near the Tampa area. I think the other one would be somewhere in Europe....maybe Greece or Italy....somewhere near some good wine and good food, but also pretty close to a beach.

How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement? Heartburn is hit or miss on anything I eat - could be coffee, could be OJ, could be something spicy. It's annoying. Tons of movement! Squish is kicking/punching a lot. I'll be in court talking and my stomach will just start to move a ton. It's awkward, but I love it it so much!
Upcoming appointments/updates? 2/28 - glucose test in the early AM followed by U/S to determine if placenta previa is officially not part of my pregnancy.
Rants/Raves? Rant: NBR - I am so f-ing sick of winter. I live in VA - I thought we were supposed to have early Springs. I've lived here for 7 years and this is by far the coldest winter here. Ugh. Rave: My mom and sister bought our nursery glider/ottoman this past weekend. It should be here in 4-6 weeks

US Vacation Home: Coast of Southern Maine. We got married there and I'm obsessed with all the houses, blue-blooded living, and ocean memory-making. Of course, I'd be extremely well-off if I lived there. Anywhere in the world: Somewhere in the Alps - probably Switzerland. I'd love to be able to bike to a village, buy groceries for the day, and view the Alps from my bedroom window. Clearly, in this scenario, I don't have to work or am a novelist.
How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement? I have been feeling him a lot more lately and it often feels like he is hitting both sides of my stomach at once.
Upcoming appointments/updates? I have my glucose test and next Dr appt next Tuesday. I reallllly hope I pass!
Rants/Raves? Our dogs decided to wake us up at 4 last night because they wanted to go out. And then neither of us could get back to sleep :-( Now I am super tired.

One would be somewhere on a beach (not sure where) and the other would be in Australia because I just think that would be a cool country to visit and have always wanted to go there.

How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement? My nausea is back....is this happening to anyone else? Other than that and the tiredness and leg pain, I feel great! Baby moves a lot....best feeling in the world!
Upcoming appointments/updates? Monday....I get to drink the drink.
Rants/Raves? Rant: I hate tax season pregnant. We planned it this way because I am self-employed and wanted the maximum amount of time with the baby after birth, but I didn't realize how badly I would hate doing all of the work 6 months pregnant.

I would have a US vacation home in California....somewhere near the beach! The other would either be Italy or St. Lucia......its a tossup
How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement? Good, LO is trying to push her way out at times. I remember DD being more fun, cute movements, but this LO can hurt!

Nothing any time soon. I got my appointments scheduled for when they start monitoring more closely at 32wks. 2x a week! Sheesh!
Rants/Raves? We leave for Puerto Rico on Saturday!!! I'm excited, but a little anxious about having DD with us and being pregnant and not getting to do some things I would normally do on vacation. (Drinking, long walks b/c my hips are killing me, paying attention to my water source, feeling cute...)

How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement? I feel very exhausted even though I live a pretty lazy life as of late. Just back pain and an occasional Braxton Hicks. She moves like crazy, kicked my doctors intern the other day when he went to check her heart beat, it was kinda funny ! =p
Upcoming appointments/updates? Monday was my glucose test and whooping cough shot. My arm hurts still a bit from that shot! And the drink wasnt all too bad... it was fruit punch and tasted pretty good.. haha
Rants/Raves? Apartment shopping has turned from fun to a bit annoying. DH and I cannot agree on anything. DH has been doing a lot of nesting, love seeing him be a clean freak and im sure as soon as we get our furniture he will build it right away ^.^

Feeling much much better than last week! I was admitted to the hospital Monday - Thursday due to kidney stones/pain...no fun, but at least the baby was ok! I also missed last week's check in, but I was so happy to hit the v-day mark! He's been doing lots more moving and I love it!
My glucose test is next Thursday.
Rave: My husband picked up our nursery furniture from Buy Buy Baby last weekend and I ordered our bedding (vintage airplane theme) from Etsy! Rant: Now that we have furniture, we have to tackle the task of clearing out our guest room to turn it into the nursery!
I'd like to have a vacation home near the shores of Lake Michigan so that I could enjoy the clear blue water during the summers and have a snowy getaway during the winter! Depending on where in Michigan, it'd only be a 5 - 7 hour drive. I'd also like to have a vacation home anywhere in the Caribbean that is safe and near the surf & sand!

Upcoming appointments/updates? tomorrow I have my glucose screening...I'm dreading it
Rants/Raves? Rant: scared to take my glucose screening and I fell on the ice yesterday...I've had a few close calls, but I finally did it. Luckily, I fell just straight to my knee so no major injuries except sore knees and wrist. I am officially ready for some spring! Rave: got our dresser in the mail yesterday and a surprise gift from a friend today!

In the US I would choose somewhere like Montana I think near a lake. I love being near water, but not necessarily on the beach! Other vacation home in southern Germany because I love Germany!!
How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement? Feeling good, just some soreness in my lower back, right hip, and lower abdomen. No new symptoms. Movement same.

Had an OB appointment yesterday and glucose test was this morning. OB says baby is growing well. His guess was about 2 1/2lbs. Measuring a little ahead.
Rants/Raves?
GTKY: I'd love to have a home in the historic district of Charleston, SC. I absolutely adore the city and the style of homes. Also the warmer weather. :-) Anywhere in the world DH and I dream of having an apartment in Budapest, Hungary. We travel there fairly regularly and just adore Hungary. Would love Vienna too, but we have friends in Budapest and it's much cheaper!

How are you feeling?/Any new symptoms?/Movement?
Lots of moving in the morning and at night. Not much in between. And TONS of acid reflux. Just started taking Gaviscon last night. Took 3 tablets not sure if that even helped that much, but I did fall asleep.
Upcoming appointments/updates?
Will be seeing OB beginning of March, and doing the GT test in 2 weeks. We do the 2 hour test where I am (no 1 or 3 hour).
Rants/Raves?
Nothing to rant or rave about. At least nothing that I want to type out again. I've raved enough today and last night.

If we could have a vacation home it would definitely be in the Okanagan. It's within driving distance from Vancouver. It's beautiful and hot in the summer, and snowy in the winter. Probably the Penticton area so we can have the ski hills and the beaches. Not sure where I would want a second vacation home. We don't travel. At all, so I really don't know. Lame.

GTKY: You get to own two vacation homes- one anywhere in the US/Canada and one anywhere in the world. Where do you choose to have them and why? I'd have one in Ocala, FL. I worked there for a while and in the winter/spring it is the mecca for horse people. I don't know where I'd have another one, I need to travel more and take some vacations. Probably somewhere warm and near the ocean.
