White blister on gums

Has anyone seen anything like this? I think it's related to teething. He's been chewing a lot on his molars and there is a white blister on his bottom left molar that has almost like a white pimple like head on it.  I noticed it right before I put him to bed and he has been fussy today.  I will call the doctor tomorrow.
