Progesterone peeps

I'll take my first dose of progesterone tonight. Any fun side effects I should be aware of?

    I have been taking 200 mg twice a day and haven't noticed any side effects. Good luck!

    I honestly don't notice any side effects from suppositories. I had wicked side effects when I took them orally- basically felt drunk 15min after taking them.

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    They didn't affect me much orally or vaginally.  They're a little messy when used as a suppository but nothing horrible.

    November 2010 - 10.5 week loss  o:) 
    October 2011 - DS (7)  <3 
    July 2014 - Stillborn DD (24 weeks)  o:) 
    August 2015 - DD (3)  <3 
    April 2018 - 5 week loss o:)

    I take oral. They make me more sleepy, but I gradually get used to it.

    Met with RE October 2013, we've got a plan!
    Surprise BFP on "break cycle" 10/12/13. EDD 6/17/14.
    MMC discovered 11/25/13 at 10 weeks. D&C 11/27/13.
    BFP 2/8/14 Beta#1: 176, Prog 18! Beta#2:335, Prog, 19.5!

    I do shots- only side effect was sore bum and boobs!

    TTC for 1.5 years with a crappy RE. 12 cycles with clomid (11 too many)
    New RE, 3 failed IUI's moving to IVF with ICSI

    They are messy and kind of leak out as a suppository.  And, DH mentioned a slight discomfort after sex.  But nothing too bad.  I wore panty liners as long as I took them.

    Taking a break from herbs and just riding the healthy train.  
    Planning medicated cycle end of summer.  FX I get KU before then!!!

    I have the shots.  Bruised and sore Bum for sure.  They also have given me headaches, nausea and sore boobs.  Good luck!

    Trying for #2 with IVF after damage done in a D&C left me with one functioning (but too scarred) ovary and tube to get pregnant safely without assistance. It's a really, really long story, but that is the gist of it.  We have one daughter (whose c-section birth started this roller coaster) born in 2012 after a miscarriage in 2011. 
    Failed 1st attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 3, 1 frozen embryo saved) in December 2013.  
    Failed 2nd attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 5, 2 frozen embryos saved) in February 2014.

    So yeah, they definitely make me more sleepy. My eyes were crossing last night at 7:30! I pushed them back tonight to help fix that.

    As everyone said earlier, I didn't notice any crazy side effects while doing the suppositories.  Good Luck!

    I didn't even know pills were an option. I always have to use the suppositories and likes others have mentioned the worst part is the leaking.
    Me: 30 Dh: 33   Married: 10 yrs.

    BFP #1: 1/04  MMC@15 wks  D&C 4/22/04

    DX w/PCOS 1/05, met RE 6/05, HSG 7/05

    BFP#2 8/05 w/Clomid 100mg, trigger shot, IUI  (Metformin, Progesterone, Heparin during PG) DD born 5/06

    BFP #3 8/09 DS born 4/10

    BFP #4: 7/16/13     D&C 8/19/13

    I did suppositories. I think my only side effects were hot flashes, sore boobies and maybe some nausea.
