Hypnobabies and RLS?

Today was day 5 of hypnobabies for me and while listening to my daily script my restless leg syndrome (normally much worse during pregnancy) was in overdrive. Normal?

I didnt experience this myself but when I was reading forums on hypnobabies this came up quiet a few times and yes it seems to be normal. Check the hypnobabies website and their are forums on there that talk about this maybe it will be able to help you!

Just registered on the hypnobabies site and the first post on the home study was for rls. Thanks!

I was literally just logging on to report the same problem. So annoying! I want to relax and get in the zone but I can't stop fidgeting. I keep thinking this is a bad sign if I can't work through RLS - contractions (er, pressure waves) are going to be a lot more distracting!

It said that if you're experiencing RLS during the scripts, that's a good sign-that you're as relaxed as you are when you're falling asleep.
