Right now, I'm unemployed. Can't say I'm a stay at home mom cause DS goes to an in-home daycare. I was in school last semester for Surgical Technology and decided to not go back for a few reasons and try to find a job with my first degree (medical office admin; referrals, coding, billing, etc).

I SAH now, but before DD came along, I managed the microbiology section of an environmental testing laboratory.  I don't miss the stress, but sometimes I do get a little nostalgic for it.

I work from home in the real estate field (basically a support specialist for the Team). While I love some of the people I work with, I am weighing my options once this baby arrives. The Team Owner is a huge asshole.

Mostly stay at home mom but in the process if opening my own wedding and event planning business. So those of you in northern ohio I'm you girl for bday parties, showers, whatever

I am disabled so for the most part am a homemaker, I do try to get out of the house a bit with volunteering when my health allows but now my main focus is staying healthy.

Im an admin/office manager sometimes sales rep in the advertising field.  Once the baby comes, Ill do the same thing, but my boss will let me work from home 2 days a week.  I had this talk with him 6 months ago, when I was thinking about wanting to start planning for a family.

And we have the same due date! I'm going to be a SAHM when baby comes, too. Right now, I'm a mental health therapist at an elementary school.

I'm a SAH wifey, primarily. Also Army Reserves, transitioning to AF reserves. Not really looking for anything full time because DH is active duty and it will just be easier for us if I stay home with offspring. We live within our means so it's not breaking us financially for me to not work.

I'm an elementary school teacher 3 days a week, the other days I stay home with my son. Also in Canada so I'll get to SAH for a year when baby is born

I worked from home freelance writing and editing until very recently, and I really wish I'd made enough money doing it because I don't like being away from DD. Fortunately it's only three days a week. I'm teaching English Composition at a community college, and still freelancing on the side.

I am a freelance graphic designer working from home. I used to be lead production at some newspaper publications but when my second DS was a little over 1 I switched to freelance. It alleviates so much stress being my own boss, but I have no help with my sons (besides DH) so I can really only work when they nap or after their bed time. It can be tiresome but I am blessed.

Before DS I worked full time at a Water Reclemation Facility, I took a year off when I had DS and went back to work part time. I got lucky my sister had her DD almost a year after I had DS we both went back to work part time around the same time and we are able to watch eachothers kids on our days off. After this LO arrives I will probably have to go back to work sooner than I did last time but they are pretty flexible with what days I would work.

I am a facilities and construction coordinator for a high-end retail company. I would love to be a SAHM - always wanted to be one - but the $$$ is not there for me to stop working.

I'm an electrical engineer and design commercial buildings. I have no idea what's going to happen when the little one arrives. We don't have family around but becoming a SAHM would be a decrease in annual income for us even with adding childcare expenses. Still in discussion....
