Shit day ahead

I was feeling crappy so went to sleep at 930. Dd woke up at 11 to eat, ds woke up at 12 to complain about everything. I was up from 11-330 trying to get back to sleep. My back has been killing me, so tired, headaches and getting dizzy a lot lately. Gonna go to the dr to get blood work I hope. I have been awake since 630, both kids still sleeping. Dh works 630-330, then school till 815. I can't have caffeine because baby cannot tolerate it. Help! So damn tired
