Strange question - anyone heard of "bubble nuggets"???

DS spent the weekend with the grandparents and now he is talking constantly about "bubble nuggets". My mom thinks he made it up. Although when I ask him where he saw them he says a commercial - he does get to watch some channels there that we don't have, so I am at a loss. When I ask him to tell me what they look like I get different answers...but the best one is - "nuggets on the inside and bubbles on the outside." He thinks it's so funny to say too, so DH and I are cracking up over it, but we can't figure it out. All I've found online is Bazooka bubble gum...but I don't think that's right because he also mentioned "little green guys"??!! Anyone?
