Passed the GTT! I have a regular appointment next week.

Pretty boring here. Going to be listing our house soon, bad timing with the baby but oh well...

No, but we plan to take our two kids to a local waterpark/hotel in April

 Any appointments or ultrasounds this week? Just did my GTT this morning and have a Level 2 U/S on Tuesday (bc, ya know, my doctor's office never checks on shit so they'll send me somewhere else to cover their own asses).  

GL to all the ladies who still have to do the GTT, it's a doosey!  Thanks!  Hoping I pass but honestly, it really wasn't that terrible!

 What else is going on? Nothing - still waiting for baby's furniture to come!

Rants and raves this week? I posted a rant the other day about my OB - still looking for a new one.  

GTKY: Are you and your SO planning a baby-moon or anything special for just the two of you before baby arrives? Please share! DH is officially in busy season.  I have two school vacations coming up (one in Feb and one in April) but by the time DH will be able to take a vacation I won't be able to fly.  So no baby-moon for us

No. We went away last summer without DD right before I got pregnant kind of knowing it was a pre-babymoon. MH is in grad school and working full time. I'm due 3 weeks after his finals so no real time for us to do anything!

feeling very exhausted this past week

yup I've got a checkup on  Thursday

rave-I finally ordered my pregnancy pillow..very excited for it to arrive so I can finally get a good nights sleep

not doing anything special that I know of, just getting everything bought and setup soon

 How are you feeling? Pretty good.

 Any appointments or ultrasounds this week? Had my 26 week appt. I took the 1 hr GTT today and some blood work. My BP was elevated this week  

What else is going on? Nothing too much. We had 2 snow days and 1 late opening last week. We have off on Friday and In-Service AM on Wed.

 Rants and raves this week? Raves- I only gained 1 pound this month. Next weekend is a four-day weekend and my birthday. Rant- When I met with my OB the first time, he said my RCS could either be 5/12 or 5/13. I told him I prefer the 13th because it's our anniversary. I found out at this week's app't that it's scheduled for 5/12. At first I was upset. It doesn't bother me since a) it's my b-day backwards and b) I don't think I'll make it that far since DS was born at 36w4d. 

GTKY: Are you and your SO planning a baby-moon or anything special for just the two of you before baby arrives? No babymoon. We will probably do something low key. We have three weddings from now until July. We are planning a vacation a few days after the July wedding ( for BIL and his FI).

How are you feeling? Generally good. Trouble sleeping, but i think that will be expected for the next 12 weeks.

Any appointments or ultrasounds this week? GL to all the ladies who still have to do the GTT, it's a doosey!   I have an appt on Monday which will include the glucose test! I think my appts will start being every two weeks after this one as well!

What else is going on? Rants and raves this week? Sick of winter and I am really wanting to buy stuff for the baby but I am trying to wait until after the shower.  We started putting the dresser together tonight.

We went on a big European vacation in the summer when we were ttc so that was sort of it. Planning on some little day trips here and there for some nice dinners and maybe a cooking class I have been wanting to take.

I'm recovering from a cold. DS likes to share the things he gets from daycare.

Any appointments or ultrasounds this week? I've taken the glucose test and passed! This pregnancy the orange drink was not as nasty to me. DH commented that I get pissy when I can't eat. He did wait to say that until after I'd eaten lunch.

What else is going on? Rants and raves this week?

This LO tried to run away from my terrible coughing by dropping down. I could breath better but going potty every 45 min was the trade off. He seems to be breech again this evening. OH! And I'm starting to feel hiccups. It's cute now. I remember that it got annoying latter.

We already had our baby moon. It was nice to be sans kids for 5 days. That was last week in October aka the last time I came close to sleeping through the night.

How many weeks/ what fruit? 25 weeks and cauliflower... which makes me realize I've never seen a whole cauliflower...

 How are you feeling? I feel good, pregnancy-wise. I have a cold, though, so that makes me feel pretty gross.

 Any appointments or ultrasounds this week? Yes! I have my GTT on Monday. I'm trying to limit my carb intake today to prepare, but it's a lot harder than I expected. I've always known that carbs are all my favorite foods, but I thought I liked enough other stuff not to suffer too badly without the carbs, but...it's hard. I'm having to get creative with my meals. Lunch was chicken and a slice of cracker barrel cheese.

 What else is going on? A lot. My husband's BFF's father passed away last week, so we spent several days with husband's friend and his family. At work, I have umpteen-bagillion fundraisers going on right now, trying to get ready for a big field trip coming up in March. And I'm trying to go ahead and get plans/work ready for maternity leave. I get to visit my family next weekend

Rants and raves this week? My husband is my favorite husband on Earth. 

GTKY: Are you and your SO planning a baby-moon or anything special for just the two of you before baby arrives? Yes, we're planning on doing something. We're not sure what, yet, but we know we don't want to go too far. Rather, I don't want to go too far. Hoping we can get away the weekend of my Spring Break to a local hotel or something..just somewhere we can relax and just worry about which delicious restaurant we're going to visit each night.
