Finished PIO, now headaches :-(

So I finished my progesterone on Tuesday. It was monumental as we haven't gotten this far in the ivf process since we had our son almost 4 years ago. Since I stopped it though, I have had awful headaches. Anyone else experience this? I feel like I am withdrawing from it or something. I don't remember this after my other failed cycles but I was also grieving then too. And might I add 1 tab of acetaminophen isn't close to cutting it!
Me = 36 with PCOS and 1 tube removed for a cyst and adhesions
DH = 35 with low morphology

April '09 IVF (antagonist protocol) = 5R5M, none fertilized, cancelled at ET
May/June '09 IVF/ICSI = 6R6M6F, 2ET on 6.18.09, 1 frostie, Beta on
6.30.09 = 51 OMG!! Beta #2 = 167 Beta #3 = 2630!!!!! An uneventful pregnancy. 
3.16.10 a healthy beautiful miracle boy born via unscheduled c-section

Now on the quest for another, so our dear son is not alone.

May/June '12 IVF/ICSI (antagonist protocol) =10R9M9F, 1ET = BFN, 2 frosties
Aug '12 FET, 1ET= beta hell, 2 rounds of methotrexate, 4 months later Hcg < 2 
Jan/Feb '13 IVF/ICSI (long lupron protocol) = 18R18M18F, 1ET = BFN, 10 frosties
Apr '13 FET w 2ET (one from '09 and one newer) = (strep throat during 2ww) biochemical = BFN
June '13 FET w 2ET = 1 baby boy lost at 10w, D/E with karyotyping, loss due to monosomy 21.
Karyotyping of me and DH negative for a balance translocation.
Dec '13 FET w 2ET, BFP!!!! 12/26 beta #1 10dp5dt = 781, beta 2 12dpt= 2234 could this be real?!
  Not giving up yet.
5 frosties on ice.

Truly realizing how much of a miracle my son is and praying this will be a sibling for him.

    I have had bad headaches since I stopped my prometrium about 10d ago. I've even had AF come and go and I still have a bit of a headache. I'm sorry you're so miserable. I don't have any helpful suggestions. Maybe call RE and see if there is anything else you can take or do?

    Ask your RE for a prescription if the standard can of coke and two tylonel doesn't help. Feel better!

    Oh yeah. I always get an awful, awful migraine at the end of a cycle when I stop progesterone. I get them with all shifts in hormones. I am so sorry, I hope you feel better soon! I see a neurologist and take Toradol and Reglan to take together.

    5/14 FET: BFP. Beta #1: 123, Beta #2: 327, Beta #3: 854
    Cora arrived 1/23/15 via RCS!

    Thanks ladies. Duh, I never even thought if caffeine (and embarrassingly I'm a pharmacist. Lol). I don't normally drink ANY caffeine so half a cup might be enough. We'll attempt that tomorrow in the AM if need be. A nap with my little man helped some today along w repeated Tylenol doses but this is is getting old! I really don't like to take anything once I finally get knocked up. The only other time I had headaches like this was when I was in lupron.

    @jalara48 thanks. We were super shocked with our betas. Our RE was totally thinking twins, as were we based upon some data published out there about first betas over 600. I've never had betas like that. It was a bumpy start (bleeding and cramps), so I've had 2 US so far and it's just one little one.
