Good Morning Ladies!!!! It's flippin' cold here (-24 without the windchill) so let's heat it up with some steamy weight loss (okay that's a little far reaching but I wanted to bitch about the cold).

Changes in routine: starting to try a clean eating diet. No artificial or added sugars or preservatives. Not doing 100% because we need to do grocery shopping and get rid of bad food in our house.
Biggest hurdle: I got miserably sick so DH was in charge of food shopping
Overcoming: basically making him sit down today and we're meal planning for all next week.
Motivation: I have an adorable dress I want to wear for R's 1st birthday Memorial Day weekend.
Any changes in your routine? Nope still excercising 6 days a week and will rest on Sunday.
What was this week's biggest hurdle? Probably superbowl food and eating at my in laws.
Did you figure out a way to overcome it? No, but I know how to now.
Last week we talked about our motivation for weight loss... Do you have anything that inspires you? I want to be healthier and be confident with myself. I can't remember the last time I felt good about my body.
How much did you lose this week? Negative I actually gained .8. THANKS AF!

I've done really well about cutting back on the sweets, just need to continue that
went out for lunch with DH one time this week was tempted to get something very unhealthy

Any changes in your routine? I am slightly more active. We have left the house every day, even in the very cold. It isn't always for long but we go.
What was this week's biggest hurdle? Did you figure out a way to overcome it? My biggest hurdle was emotional eating this week. I am a big emotional eater and this was a rough week.
I kind of overcame it. I did not overeat but I did end up eating a few more treats than usual.
Last week we talked about our motivation for weight loss... Do you have anything that inspires you? Reading the stories of other people who have made positive life changes can inspire me sometimes. Losing weight makes me want to get more in shape.
I really like the marble idea, I am going to start that.
