i need help we just started feeding our 6 month old gerber baby cereal and this is the fourth day i feed him three tablespoons to him 3 hours ago and he has just been spitting up large amounts of milk and cereal up any ideas on what may be causing this ? should i be concerned ? take him to hospital ?

Yes call your pedi. And 3 tablespoons sounds like a lot to start off with. I plan on trying it 1 tablespoon at those feedings until I know he can handle it.

Definitely call your pediatrician. 3 Tablespoons seems like a lot to start off with, and that could be the reason why he is spitting up. Then again, I'm not a doctor.
