Ooh, I thought of one to share! I knew I had a few up my sleeve somewhere... I've been making this one on a fairly regular basis for about a year, and it's always amazing.
I just made a pot of this soup using carrots instead of parsnips. Delicious. I'm assuming chicken broth and dairy is a no-go for you, @chickpea912, but you can just leave the cream out and it's still delicious, or make it with a veggie broth instead, for a truly vegetarian dish.

@lilnunz1, I made the basil tomato chicken last night and it was amazing!
@chickpea912, I have not personally made any of these recipes on this blog...but I figured I would share it with you since they are all Kosher. The blog is a friend of mine from my last BMB

@wimb01 Thanks for that! I took a look, and she's not far away from me. Which makes me feel like a pseudo internet creeper, but there you have it!
At the risk of being all sappy and shit, but after all of the weirdness on the board the last couple of days, I love this thread. Not because I started it (but seriously, I love getting the notifications - makes me feel popular, even if it's just the sharing of recipes that is awesome), but people are sharing great ideas with each other and, in my case, trying to be thoughtful and considerate about my wacko dietary choices.
As if I needed additional rationale to show how awesome this board can be.
I don't have any recipes to share right now but I do have a hot tip. A chef friend of mine recently showed me how he dices onions perfectly. It's basically this: https://www.sweetonionsource.com/dicinganonion.html but he does step 4 after steps 5 & 6.
Total revelation! Or maybe I'm just slow on the uptake with my onion skills...
@kettlebabe I feel so smart! I do exactly what he does, with step 4 AFTER steps 5 & 6. It's a totally easy way to dice an onion.
I use Campbell's green curry in the bag once a month at least..add chicken, rice and snow peas. You have to watch the salt but the other ones I have tried are sooooo good and incredibly easy.

Awesome! But horizontal cuts make me afraid I am going to cut off my whole torso.
