I need nursery inspiration

I am trying to put together a beachy/ coastal/nautical look in our guest room/ nursery. I am looking to use navy, white, beige (already in the room), and a few hints of pink here and there. We were gifted with this crib, which is a very light, natural color and really do not want to purchase a matching dresser. The dressers we have  are a more medium wood (honey oak I think it is called), with a flower painted on the middle drawer.

What are y'alls suggestions? Paint the dressers? Leave them alone? Try to tie in the color of the crib with another accent piece, like bookshelf or toy storage? change the hardware? I'm just struggling with the furniture, I have a good sense of what I want decor wise, but I'd love some advice!

  • The dresser is lovely as is, but it doesn't really fit the theme.  If you want it to fit the theme, I second PP in painting the dresser and changing the hardware out.
  • I would paint the dresser.... A light beige kind of color maybe?
  • I think the dresser would look nice painted, but you can totally get away with leaving it as is! Sounds like a make work project to me, but I'm a STM ; ). You might be able to find some anchor style or starfish drawer pulls. (Hobby Lobby has tons). You could make or buy custom from etsy a diaper change pad cover that suits your theme. Love the idea of swapping pink for coral! Have fun!
