Baby Boy Suggestions

We are having our first baby, a little boy, in June. The names I like the best so far are Elias James or Theo Alexander. James and Alexander are family names. Any opinions or suggestions based off of these? Generally I like not too popular, but not unusual. I like a lot of the more traditional names as well, but a lot of them are already in our families (and not exactly people we'd want to name our children after!).

Thanks everyone! We will keep both in the running and not decide on anything until we meet the guy.

I like a lot of the suggestions. I too especially like Ezra James, but I have a friend with a son named Ezra and we're close enough that it would be weird.

Theo James is nice but it's the name of an actor Always be sure to google your name combos!
