Water softener and washing

Have you had to change your wash routine at all due to the timing of your water softener cycling?

I just washed with my normal routine, and I'm now on my 6th rinse with suds still. I suspect our water softener must have cycled through, and our water is extra soft. DH said ours kicks in/adds salt/whatever it does on Sunday night. Monday's wash was normal... Today - extra soft water.

At least I know my diapers are clean.
