Child Porn on the rise?

I have been seeing a lot of child porn stuff in the news recently, most notably a case in which a guy was busted for pictures of the youngest child on record.
      I have a feeling that part of it is that the enforcement has become much more sophisticated, yielding many more arrests.  However as the internet has become significantly more prolific in the last 10 years, you would think that the people that are into this kind of sick crap have more of it at their disposal.
      Also like many other sick things that people are into, if they find a community of other sick people who are into the same thing it somehow justifies the behavior.
      Either way - it's horrifying, and I hope all law enforcement everywhere catches every single one of these 'people'.
