Rosy cheeks while nursing

I have noticed that his cheeks get really pink while nursing. Not just on the side he is laying on. Both sides. Does anyone else notice this? He is naturally a warm baby, so he always feels warm to me.

I've noticed it a few weeks ago and didn't think much of it. But it's starting to bug me. His temp is 98.0, but I want a new thermometer because I don't trust this one. He isn't fussy and he sleeps well.

Um... This happens to my kid all the time when she is warm comfortable full and about to fall asleep. Often kids get rosy cheeks when tired

Happens to us! I just think it's adorable! Nothing wrong with him!

Happens to us! All the time. I think it is completely normal!!

Happens to us all the time too. At first I too her temperature like 5 times, convinced she had a fever but she didn't. I think it must be normal.
