Ugh I think I'm getting sick

I started feeling a little achy, tired and my head feels...funny.

I sure hope I don't get really sick.

Anyone have any tips since I can't take anything?

I just got in bed. It's 8:39. Hopefully I wake up feeling refreshed.

I just got over a cold using primarily Tylenol and cough drops.  Hope it moves quickly for you!

I say get as much sleep as you can tonight! Do you have any Unisom? It may help you to stay asleep and it's perfectly safe for pregnancy.

You can't take anything at all? I've had three colds in three months, and I've been allowed to take all kinds of meds. Tylenol, Robitussin DM, Mucinex, Sudafed, basically any antihistamine, and when one of the colds turned into a bad case of bronchitis my OB even prescribed me codeine syrup and a Z-Pak antibiotic.

Wish Garden makes great cold drops that are for pregnant and nursing women. They also have an immune booster that I've been taking daily and it has help curb what could have been nasty colds to just a slight tickle. I get them at whole foods but probably any health food store would have them.

I'm currently awake at 4.30 am since im so stuffy I can't sleep and gave up. Tomorrow is going to be fun!
