Pregnant after RNY Gastric bypass.

Hi. I have a super high risk pregnancy. I had Gastric Bypass 4 years ago, am 37, formally had really bad out of control type ll diabetes, former hypertension(which is returning now) my liver enzymes are off, I have two herniated discs in my spine and a short cervix. Honestly, I'd given up after two surgeries to remove ovarian cysts and two years of trying and then WHAM! I'm now six weeks along and scared out of my mind. Anyone else deal with these issues?

    I Had gastric bypass 3 years ago and I currently have a cerclage due to IC and the loss of my daughter last pregnancy at 20w4d. As far as diet and stuff I try to get in 80-100g of protein a day and take all my vitamins religiously. I meet with my Bariatric surgeon every 8 weeks to have my blood drawn to check my vitamin levels and absorption.
