My SO start to feel kicks? FTM and dad, we try every night. I feel like she is having a dance party in there but he can't feel anything yet I'm sorry if this has been brought up I searched for it and didn't see anything.
My placenta is in the way . The only thing H has been able to feel are the very slight twitches. He says he doesn't believe it's the babe and blames it on me being gassy- which is not entirely false. ">
Thanks ladies! He just wants to feel her so bad and I want to see his face already! I just feel like with all the moving she is doing he should be able to feel her already lol
DH felt her about 2 weeks ago. I'm 21 weeks now. Friday night, she must have been stretching but I had a definite hard spot on my tummy that was sticking out. Like everyone said, every pregnancy is different. I didn't feel this much movement, this early on, with DS. It'll be soon .
DH first felt our LO just shy of 19 weeks, but it was a bit of a fluke (we were talking and he randomly touched my belly right as she kicked pretty hard). It will definitely happen in the next few weeks (most people say 20-24 weeks for FTM/D)!
My DH hasn't felt any kicks yet either. 20 weeks is still technically early for us to feel movement too, based on what I've read/been told by my OB. I'm not expecting DH to be able to feel it for weeks yet, and certainly not until after I start to feel the movement consistently. Different for everyone!

With DD I think DH didn't feel anything until about 24 weeks. This baby is quite the mover and shaker, he felt him a few weeks ago when I was 18 weeks along.
H has felt her here and there. I know he wants to, so when I feel her moving I put my hand there and see if I can feel it on the outside. If he's there and I feel like she's kicking hard enough, I hold his hand firmly against the right spot. If he does it himself he doesn't push hard enough, and he gives up too easily, I hold it there until I feel good hard kicks, and ask him if he feels them.
21 weeks, which surprised me , since I have extra padding. We know she's generally active after meals and when I first lay down. That's when he's been able to get some kicks.
@rachel5130, I've heard it depends largely on many things: uterine position, how sensitive the nerves are for you, and baby position.
DH felt baby kick last night for the first time! I was 22w5d. Baby was bouncing around like crazy, so I asked DH to try again. It's a great moment when your DH feels baby move, but definitely different for everyone.
Eh, I carry my weight in my middle. I think baby has to get bigger before H can feel it. I also don't know if we will ever see it, like most folks do. (Any plus ladies have insight there?)
For the record, it took me forever to figure out those feelings weren't gas. Sometimes jury's still out.
Can I be honest? All these "feel the baby posts" are starting to freak me out. I'm a FTM, 20 weeks and I haven't even felt LO. I thought that was normal. But now it looks like not only the moms on here feel their LO but their DHs do, too at this point. I'm getting incredibly anxious for our next appointment to make sure everything is okay.
My sister in law couldn't feel her baby until like 26 weeks- she is a FTM. Her dr actually yelled at her about it- he was a jerk. Now she has a beautiful healthy 4 month baby girl. Try not to stress too much- although I know, easier said than done!
23 weeks but now when she is kicking and he puts his hand there she stops. He hasn't been able to feel it pretty much since week 23 because she always stops when he puts his hand there - it's so sad. Haha. Starting week 24 I can see my belly move if I look really hard.
