What made you cry lately?

Re: What made you cry lately?

  • I cried Saturday night. I woke up at 3am, insomnia of course, couldn't go back to sleep for over an hour and was so bored so I turned the tv on. My.husband decided to go sleep on the couch so I started crying because my stupid insomnia caused him to leave the bed and I hate when he isn't next to me :(

  • I've been much less emotional lately (surprisingly). I'm sure that means an epic meltdown is in my near future.

I feel like a reckoning is coming for me as well. Like maybe this week I'll just get too tired and start crying like a 2 year old that needs their nap...

  • I cried this morning when I fed my dogs.  My big guy I've had since I was 16, got to bring him home with me when I graduated college and got a place with a yard for him.  He's 11 and starting to look really old.  He didn't want to get up off his pillow to go pee in the cold this morning and was pretty stiff from pretending he was still a puppy yesterday.  Made me cry again when I told DH that my dog was getting old.  I think the Oreos are going to take a hit this afternoon.
  • That video of that sweet little boy crying to that Tell me something " song he was so genuine and sweet. I just balled.
Also was watching a animal video on netflix with Daughters and it was so cute. I cried.
  • The last silly thing I cried about was how awful the cake looked that I made DH for his birthday.

  • I cried over not getting an ice cream cone last night, because I've had a craving for it for two days, and DH didn't even ask what I was upset about when I went silent trying not to cry, because I felt silly.

I also am currently fighting tears because he said he would do the dishes and fold the laundry last night and hasn't done it yet, and that he's procrastinating going to the grocery store. I would go, but if I'm up and moving for more than an hour at a time I get dizzy and short of breath, and I hate when it happens in public. The dishes and laundry I could probably handle, it's just that he said he would do them that's making me upset. :(

  • I just had an epic meltdown - not for no reason: I realized we are only one month post-surgery for DH's leg... And there are at least twelve more weeks of recovery before he can 'walk' again. Sorry this is a legit cry, not a preggo hormone one, lol...our little girl will almost be out of the fourth trimester before he's useful again, lol...*now going to cry again, as I don't know how we'll manage without a ton of help*
  • Today I cried because our guinea pig died. We had both of them die this week. How horrible for all of us. They were the best damn guinea pigs ever!!!
  • Just watching the office on my lazy, snow day.
    Balled. My. Eyes. Out.

The episode where Jim makes Pam the video of how much she means to him. Then gives her the letter from the teapot.
    Uncontrollable streams of tears.
  • Today I did the my Facebook video and saw a status that I wrote a few years ago about my foster son saying he was going to write my Santa list " I will ask him to bring you a real live baby"

And someone posted a sappy video, I bawled my husband thought something was wrong.
  • I just spent all day yesterday cleaning the house because it was my last day off before I start my work week. I come home tonight after working 8hrs on my feet, no break or lunch, so I'm completely exhausted and DH is out working 24+ hrs due to the snow and I walk in to find the kids have destroyed the house!!! They are more than old enough 8, 10, 11 to clean up after themselves but they don't and I lost it tonight and I'm sitting here ugly crying. Why can't they just help!?!?!

And before anyone calls CPS lol we do not leave the kids alone by themselves for that long. DH took a break and picked them up from school, served them dinner (which I also cooked this morning) and got them into bed. Then left as soon as I got home.

I didn't expect DH to clean up, he did to make the messes. Ugh I've just had enough of everything :( I'm not one to ask for help so I think that's why it's so hard. But I need help and I feel like they are doing the opposite. Sorry this is so long.... It turned into a vent more than anything.
