Free Standing Birth Center?

Has anyone else heard about this? And I'm not talking about the Family Birth Center in Ochsner. It's been in the works for a few years and will be popping up "soon" from what I hear. I can't really find anything online about it.

    I heard the website is live as of today! They also have a Facebook group: BR birth center.
