@winstan1, thanks for responding to my QOTW! I can totally feel all the emotions in your post. Watching them grow is SO exciting and SO painful all at the same time.
I didn't realize you work nights. Major props to you!

6:15-6:40 - kids watch tv in our bed while I get dressed/get their uniforms/toothbrushes ready
6:40-6:55 - kids brush teeth/get dressed
6:55-7ish - I throw lunches into lunchboxes and heard the kids into coats/backpacks.
7:05ish - leave for school/work
7:35 - drop kids off at school
8ish - get to work.
I do morning drop off all but 2-3x/month - and even the mornings I don't drop off, I get them ready since it takes L 100x longer to get herself ready than it takes me.
