LO loves her jumparoo (why does every baby thing end in "roo") but she is the most miserable person ever once I take her out. It really wears her out!! I don't even keep her in there more than 15 minutes.
Yeah, 15 minutes is a long time! Mine has been using his since Christmas and he rarely lasts longer than about 10 minutes. I think he gets tired from holding his head up/supporting himself, just like tummy time. I sit by him and watch/listen closely and pull him out once he starts getting tired or leans his head on his arms.
Oh really ha i didn't think it was too long because she's usually really excited and smiley but I will def shorten her time in it.
Yeah but we go from happy loving it to OMG I'm dying in like 5 seconds, so it's a really fine line LOL. He's like, "I love it, I love it, OMG my head weighs 10 lbs and I'm dying".
DD loves her jumparoo and would stay in there all day if you let her. One time she was in there for about 45 minutes. I wasn't paying attention to time and just take her out with certain cues. She was jumping then her eyes shut and she was asleep.
OP I agree with the PP it sounds like overstimulation.
Re: I think the jumpy thing is the devil.
