I don't think. I think you have to upload to YouTube then provide the link.

I've done it. I don't remember how I did it. I think I inserted the embed link from youtube in the html version of the post.

eta: click on show source and paste the embed link there.

If it's a youtube video click the share tab and use that link. I think it automatically embeds it.
