How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? I've been feeling great! I think I feel baby move on the outside, but DH says he can't feel it yet. Boo.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Glucola test yet? I had my follow-up A/S last Thursday to check on baby's adrenal glands. Thankfully, whatever the U/S tech saw at my A/S has disappeared and everything looks great! I won't do the Glucola test again (I did it once at 16 weeks) until week 28.
Rants? Raves? Rave: We found out at our follow-up scan we are Team PINK!! Yay! I get to use my favorite name, Charlotte! Rant: Hello, surprise snowstorm this morning. We weren't supposed to get anything in our area, but there's at least 4 inches of snow on untreated roads. That made for a fun commute in to work.
GTKY: What is one item you really hope to receive from your baby registry? Or, if you don't have a registry, what item are you purchasing that you're most excited about? I'm hoping we get our Britax travel system. If no one buys it for us, we will definitely be purchasing it because obviously we need a car seat and stroller!Week? Fruit/Veggie? week 27 (rutabega)
How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? I'm sick and tired of acid reflux. Seriously - I just wanna cry when it flares up. Peanut is super active. DH is facinated with the alient stomach morphing, and I'm up all night with a dancing fetus.
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Glucola test yet? Centering Pregnancy group meets tonight. I took the glucola text 1.5 weeks ago, and have't heard results yet. Should I be concerned? I have a follow-up US on 2/13 to double-check abnormality on Peanut's liver.
Rants? Raves? Rant: to hell with acid reflux. Rave: pregnancy hair kicks butt. Too bad I rarely have the energy or will to do anything with it.
GTKY: What is one item you really hope to receive from your baby registry? Or, if you don't have a registry, what item are you purchasing that you're most excited about? I' really hoping to recieve the video-monitoring system. It's expensive, so it would be nice to not have to pay out of pocket.

26 weeks (BIG sigh of relief viability-wise) a head of lettuce. (And now I want Caesar salad)

Colin is moving like crazy lately. He was getting on a very regular movement schedule last week, but over the weekend it seems like it's all the time. I LOVE IT!

Glucose challenge test this week (Wednesday). I put it off last week because I ate some junk food the day before I was planning to go. But at 26 weeks it's the time to get it done.

Rant: We had water leak into our basement over the weekend because it got really warm and things started to thaw. I can't even think about how much it's going to be to fix ... or when this Spring we're going to get someone to come in to fix it. *grrrr*
Rave: We are also redoing our main bathroom right now, and my husband finish all the demo on Friday. We've picked all the finishes and the tile is in. So I'm so excited to see it once it's done (hopefully by mid-March).

How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? Feeling so stretched out. At night it feels like I can't breathe because my belly is stretched to its max capactiy
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Next appointment is about a week away, right before we leave for Hawaii!
Rants? Raves? Rant: My legs are getting crampy. They're fine until I cross them for more than 10 minutes and then I get this shooting pain down the front of my calf. Also it's supposed to snow 5-8 inches today in NYC and I walk a mile to get to work, not fun! Raves: Almost in 3rd tri, eek!!! Cannot believe this baby will be here in 3 months!

How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet?: Pretty good, just tired most of the time from not getting nearly enough sleep! Yes - feeling baby from the outside - DH thinks it's pretty cool. Now I can sometimes even see LO moving, and that is just so much fun!
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Glucola test yet?: Next appt. is next week - and it includes the dreaded Glucola test.
Everything has been going really well besides that, so all in all, nothing to complain about!
Rants? Raves?: Rant: Being sucked into baby shower drama. My sister and SIL can't seem to get along, and I get to hear ALL about it. Rave: We finally got the nursery painted! Yay! And the flooring is sitting in the middle of the room, ready to go in this weekend. Once we get that done, and the furniture built, it'll really start looking like a nursery!
GTKY: What is one item you really hope to receive from your baby registry? Or, if you don't have a registry, what item are you purchasing that you're most excited about?: Hmmm, not sure. I'm so excited about all of it! Honestly, I don't expect to get the big items as gifts, but it will be nice if we do.Week? Fruit/Veggie? 26, lettuce
How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? Yep, baby moves all the time. I took a video of movement yesterday it was so strong. I was getting some crampy feelings this morning, and had a few of what I think are BH and they are not fun.

STM so we aren't sharing the registry. The items I"m most looking forward to are the decoration stuff.Week? How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? I'm feeling like I had a few too many snacks last night watching the football, but otherwise good. I can feel him from the outside if I get lucky. He's a little sneaky.

Rants? Raves? Rave: DH is such a good teacher he doesn't mind me asking him about the rules and penalties when we watch football together.
GTKY: What is one item you really hope to receive from your baby registry? Or, if you don't have a registry, what item are you purchasing that you're most excited about?We're buying a house (closing the end of the month), so I'm pretty excited about that.
How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? Still getting over being sick, but other than that I feel ok. Baby is really active and movement can be felt and seen from the outside at random times throughout the day and night.

Upcoming appointments? Updates? Glucola test yet? Had a 24 week appointment last Friday. I gained 9 pounds in January. O_o. More than I expected but can't say I'm that surprised, I ate a lot of junk most of the month & I also really popped in the belly area. The Glucola test is scheduled for 3/3.

How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? Other than almost constant back pain, I feel fine. DH and I feel her all the time.

How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? I had the mother of all charlie horses wake me up the other night, and now I'm freaking limping. Apart from that, okay. And yup
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Glucola test yet? Next appt. will be in nearly 2 weeks. The glucola was a couple weeks ago, and I was very relieved to have passed (though might want to start taking iron supplements. No biggie)

I think I've been most excited about the bedding set, because it pulls the nursery together. That has been bought off our registry already :-DWeek? Fruit/Veggie? 25/cauliflower
How are you Feeling? Have you felt baby from the outside yet? Overall feeling good, just tired. I'm nannying 2 y o twin boys who have death wishes, and it's exhausting! Been feeling LO from the outside since 15 weeks. She's a strong little booger!
Upcoming appointments? Updates? Glucola test yet? I have an appt next week. I took and passed the Glucola test already, but I think I have to do another in a few weeks. I celebrated passing it by making chocolate chip cookies topped with fudge.
Rants? Raves? Rant: not sleeping very well. Rave: looks like this LO is gonna be another early riser who sleeps through the night, so we'll stay right on our little schedule! Yay!

I'm not feeling like this is my last pregnancy. I'm not savoring it as much as I did with my first one but I just don't feel like its my last. I'm excited to meet the baby and not be pregnant anymore (feels like I've been pregant for two years - doh, I have been pregnant for two years with a six month break).
