I feel like a stuffed sausage. I ate so much salty fatty crap last night, so bloated. I wanted to stay in bed this morning because I really didn't sleep well, but I knew I'd feel better if I just got up and worked out. Glad I did. Did a "crazy 8s" video I had done before, it's a killer. Now on to a green pumpkin smoothie for breakfast, chicken breast and sweet potato for lunch, and skinnytaste chicken Milanese for dinner.
What is everyone's plan for the week? Do you have workouts scheduled or a goal for how many you want to get in? Do you have meals pre-planned, or are you able to wing it?

I planned to make a pot of soup to take for lunch all week, but ran out of time yesterday, so now I'm winging it. Breakfast is usually hardboiled eggs and oatmeal. Dinners are planned for the next 3 weeks.

I'm determined to get back on track. I have meals from skinnytaste planned for dinner and will use leftovers for lunch.
Have my workouts planned for lunch and after work. Will be doing elliptical. I need to find a class to join. I loved my old Zumba class.
Ugh, I am dragging ass now. My post-workout energy is gone and I am tired from going to bed at 11:30 and waking up at 5, with umpteen wakeups in between. These headaches have got to go.
In other news, I made a new green smoothie recipe for this week, and it is yummy! Spinach, canned pumpkin, frozen banana, 2 dates, almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ice. Yum!
And I just have to say one more time, MY PANTS ARE TOO BIG! Talk about a motivator. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow.

I'm getting three days a week and just can't squeeze the fourth one in. Different things seems to come up or I feel like crap.
I'm excited that I lost about 5 pounds this month but it also makes me very sad because I'm now at my weight that I previously was before holidays.
I can't help thinking I would be 5 pounds from my fluffy pre pregnant weight. And then about 10 from my ideal if I hadn't splurged-gone crazy in nov-dec.
Okay said it and moving on. 8-}
