Refuses bottle teething

Has anyone's lo refused to drink thier bottle while teething? He is getting his first teeth bottom lowers and last night he would not drink it before bed and this morning he did then just now refuses agsin but will drink water out of a cup he's eating solids fine I tried putting water in his bottle and he wouldn't take that either
