I want the Toddlers & Parents book by T. Berry Brazelton, but it's only from "other" sellers and I don't like to do that for some reason. I love his other books. Touchpoints of Development was awesome.
I hadn't thought about a potty training book! DD has started telling me when she poops (after, not before) and I really think 18 mos is too young. But I like to be prepared! Thanks for the idea!

It's sad. I have had 2 weeks off and since before our break I told DH I was going to the library for these books...it's across town and some other lame excuses...

I have the best time taking my kids to play at the library on Saturday mornings. The key is to go online and place a hold on your books in advance so that you can just pick them up when you check out your kid's books and DVDs. They usually have awesome areas for kids to play in and it's all free!
I know there are several others on here who are fans as well.
We have the Toddlers version - 6 months to 5 years.
I also posted recently that I checked out the audio book from our library as a refresher and it was awesome too. It helped to hear a dialogue with the authors.....
GL!
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
Re: Has anyone read the Love & Logic book
That's one I want to get.
I have read teh L&L teaching book. But not the parenting one.
I did love the teaching version.

Y'all know you can get these books at the library, right?

I have!
We use a lot of the tools in the book.
I highly recommend it!

We went in the summer and will go again this summer...I do need to go on Saturdays when we are not busy (oxymoron? nonbusy Saturdays)
I don't think my little town has this online hold thing...that's far too advance!
